Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We strive to begin production as soon as possible after an order is placed. Depending on timing, cancellations or changes may be possible if production has not yet started.
- Contact Us Promptly: Please reach out to our support team at support@jewelfulgestures.com to check if cancellation or changes are still possible. Please provide your order ID and the reason for the request.
My Item is Damaged/Incorrect, What Do I Do?
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include a photo of the item along with your order ID.
- Resolution: We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly. Please do not return items to us without prior authorization from our support team.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if there are any concerns, please contact our support team. We offer a 30-day returns policy from the purchase date with a “Love It or We’ll Make It Right” guarantee.
- Exclusions: Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

We make every effort to represent our designs and products accurately, but please note that some listings use high-quality renderings rather than photos.
